Set within the Waitākere Ranges, Waitakere Resort & Spa offers three flexible conference and function rooms for meetings, workshops, corporate retreats, private dining and business events in West Auckland. Each space provides a different setting and capacity, allowing our Events team to recommend the most suitable room for your group.
TUI ROOM
The Tui Room overlooks Auckland City and Waitakere Ranges and are second to none. The room has air-conditioning/heating, a wraparound deck and sound system. Seats 60 theatre style.

FANTAIL ROOM
The Fantail Room is an intimate and versatile meeting space with beautiful rainforest and city views. Ideal for smaller business meetings, it can also be used as a breakout room alongside larger events held in the Tui Room.
Accommodating up to 40 delegates in theatre style, the Fantail Room is well suited to executive meetings, interview panels, training sessions, team discussions, workshops and private dining.

The Kereru Room is located on the hotel grounds and is nestled amongst mature trees and manicured gardens alongside our helipad. The Kereru Room features three break out rooms, slightly aside from the larger conference area.
